LIVE CONCERT SERIES LAUNCH EVENT FEATURING:

Yahzarah (Performing as Purple St. James) & Darien Brockington

The Flow Team is excited to annouce that we are going "offline"...meaning that sooner or later, the MUSIC LOUNGE | LIVE SOUL EXPERIENCE will be coming to a major city near you! The first series of events are set to begin in Detroit, opening with two hot artists!

YahZarah has been setting the world on fire with her powerful funky soul diva presence; at first backing Erykah Badu for many years, and now the official princess of the Justus League. You may remember a few years back, her national release entitled "Blackstar" which was is a sleeper soul classic album. Currently, performing under the guise of "Purple St. James", we are seeing her vocal journey into a deeper dig of hard-hitting soul. LIVE she is by far one of those must see artists.

Darien Brockington (aka D-Brock) is really no stranger to the game either but still the "up-and-comer" to most. If his name doesn't ring a bell, his smooth crooning voice rings out on a lot of the Little Brother tracks. He has also collabed with world-renowned producers, Nicolay as well as Symbolic One and Illmind. There is definitely NO ONE OUT THERE WHO SOUNDS LIKE Darien, and to those who've seen him perform, say that he is also one of a kind LIVE!

This is the first concert in a series that we trust will spread like a summer cold across the US. We'll be featuring performances from artists you know, and many who you dont know (unless you hear them on our radio broadcast, online or other niche forums). In either case, the "OFFLINE" Music Lounge experience will be bringing that good music!

GOOD SOUL CONCERTS DONT GROW ON TREES..so if you are in Detroit, know someone in Detroit, or have the loot to fly to Detroit, come an support our efforts. Our efforts are really designed to help the artists. People....what can we say??? YOU'VE DONE IT AGAIN FOR US!!! Just about six months have passed since our undeground launch we have been getting MUCH love from artists and music enthusiasts alike. We attribute this, not to playing what we think is "popular" listeners our there or to play artists we've built relationships with over the years. Rather, the mix of experimenation and a shared appreciation for good music motivates us, and we're confident that good music is what you enjoy as well. No, BULL..no hammer pants, no glossy video models...just GOOD MUSIC!!!

We're still glad to report In just over 6 months a strong online listenership of over 2000 per day. Moreover, we have contributed to breaking new music and new artists thru "The Music Lounge".

With that said, we are grateful for everyone's support: new artists we've met online who are developing their craft (..peace to D-Brock, Choklate, Yahzarah, June Jones to name a few), other good music enthusiasts who have contributed good conversation starters on our myspace page (Soundnexx, Neosolbrudda, and M. Graham...we are indebted to you bruhs), and a host of artists who know we are doing our part to give them exposure they wouldn't ordinarily get thru other mainstream mediums (Morris Mills, Coultrain of the STL...)

So to the 1,800 friends we had since the last update...Let's keep it flowin' ya'll!
